    Faustina:Can working mothers balance work and family?
    Mum:Of course!
    Faustina:Why do you say so?
    Mum:Because i am lucky to have flexible hours
    Faustina:What motivates you and keeps you going?
    Mum:My kids
    Faustina:Can you give me a recent example?
    Mum:They keep playing tennis with me and always make me run so that i can sweat.
    Faustina:What are your struggles and concerns?
    Mum:my struggles will be some times that are hard to balance work and family.My concerns are with my kids and i hope that they will grow up to be strong and brave.
    Faustina:What are your most recent opinion?Good or bad?
    Mum:My recent experiences are all good
    Faustina:Do you feel tired?
    Mum:NO!i dont not feel tired at all!
    Faustina:why?
    Mum:As i said, my kids keep me going and they also play tennis with me for half and hour to about an hour of tennis.

    Laurel:Can working mothers balance work and family?
    Serin’s mother: No
    Laurel: Why do u say so?
    Serin’s mother:Beacuse not all women could cope with what they have
    Laurel:So what Makes u stop working?
    Serin’s mother:My children
    Laurel: Can u give me a reason?
    Serin’s mother:As i had to struggle with my children and i would like to give my children the best
    Laurel:So when are u going to start work again?
    Serin’s mother: Maybe when all my children is older like in secondary 1 or so
    Laurel:So do u feel relax at home?
    Serin’s mother:No
    Laurel:why?
    Serin’s mother:Because though i do not have to work but i am just like a working parent staying at home taking care of them.
    Laurel:I wish u all the best and thank you for your time.
  1. Positive:If parent goes to work, The child or children would learn to be much more independent and at the same time we can also give our mothers a break from rushing home to cook or take care of you.
  1. negavite:If their parents go off to work, how about the young childern? If they do not have maids to take care of them,young kids cannot take care of themselves and also,the father goes to work and no one is at home to take care of them.
  1. Positiv:As you have said, if they do not have maids. But what if they family has a maid or grandparent which is willing to take care of them? Not only that, the mother also can go for a part-time job instead
  1. negative:What if they do not have enough money to give the maid salary? and what if the gradparents are not free?
  1. Positive:Ya, what if. If you do not have enough money, your mother could go out for a part-time job and at least u have anothor income.Not only that, mothers could also at the same time trake care of their children wasn’t that so?
  1. negative:Yea but part time pay is very miserable and the money may not be enough to pay for the kids expenses.example the mother works in a part time job in mcdonalds and the pay is 5 hours for 30 dollars and to get someone to look after your childern might be the same price
  1. Positive:Yea. But in different household there is a different income. Some household imcome is just right to pay everything, some might be more or some might be less but remember, there is always a solutions to it like asking the goverment for help.
  1. negative:Even though the government is there to help us, we must not depend on the government for help when we are in need
  1. Positive:You are right, we shouldn’t depend on others.
